Game Ranger/Estate Agent

Okay listen. I've been through a massive transformation recently. I've moved from the bush-and like I mentioned before, I've started working for an amazing internationally recognized estate agency. AND LET ME TELL YOU. I have been enjoying it. I think being in the bush, of course, has its perks. And I'll most probably go back some time next year. But in the mean time-running my own business as an agent has, already, taught me a lot. Especially how to me more organized. Oh, and time management. It can get crazy out here. And just like when you are in the tourism industry-you're dealing with people. (I can't seem to escape that)

Any advice on how to stay calm when you want to yell at someone?
